Bespoke or Personalised Orders

As many of our products are handmade, we are able to create bespoke or personalised items. If you would like a bespoke item then please use the contact form on our website or send an email to and we will be happy to provide a quotation and separate invoice.

Exchange and Returns

If you are not satisfied with your item, we will be happy to exchange it or provide you with a refund within 14 days of your purchase receipt providing the item or items have been undamaged. Please note that return postage costs are not refunded unless the product is faulty, however this does not affect your statutory rights. Please use the contact form on our website or send an email to advising your request and reason for a return and we will confirm return shipping details.

Completion of Orders

We aim to complete our orders within 3-5 working days. However please note that some of our products are handmade and on occasion if our items or fabrics are out of stock, we may be required to extend our delivery times. If such circumstances arise outside of our control we will advise you as soon as reasonably possible and advise a delivery date. This will not affect your right to cancel any order placed and you will be entitled to a full refund.


You will note that free delivery is included on all UK Orders (excluding Scottish Highlands/ Islands). For most orders we use Royal Mail 2nd Class signed for or myHermes, however if your purchase is urgent and you would like an express delivery option then please contact us for an additional shipping quotation.

For International deliveries outside of the UK or orders to The Scottish Highlands/ Islands, The Channel Islands, Isle of Man or Norther Ireland, please contact us for an additional shipping quotation.

For European Union Residents, orders are subject to VAT which has been included in our purchase price.

Orders outside of the European Union may be subject to Customs Taxes or Import Duties and will not be the responsibility of Rose & Bows.

We cannot be held responsible for any issues or delays caused by third parties or delivery partners.
